He is the founder and CEO of Network Management Corporation (NMC), a long-standing California-based technology firm known for its work in network integration and infrastructure consulting. Jim also leads as CEO and co-founder of Hopzero, a security software startup based in Austin, Texas, focused on innovative packet lifetime management and digital containment strategies.
Throughout his career, Jim has been at the intersection of network architecture and cybersecurity innovation, especially within government, education, and mission-critical environments. He holds certifications including CISSP and RCDD, underscoring his expertise in secure network design and layered threat mitigation.
